Hops the Bunny: April 2006

Fun Hoops

Mom got me some new toys from Leith Petwerks recently and while I usually just snub my nose at all the store bought toys (I like the ones she makes better), this big cardboard ring is rather intriguing. But what do I do with it? Can I just through it?

Nope, I don't think so. OK, well then, I'll just chew it up. Munch, munch, munch.

Relevant Virology

In tutoring my mom for her virology exam, I found out about one kind of viruses that are called Bunyaviruses, and I think the textbook has its facts all wrong. The book claims that mosquitos carry these viruses that cause all kinds of bad things, but how could a virus with the word "bunny" in it be anything but cute and adorable? I think that Bunyaviruses (more correctly spelled Bunny-a-viruses) actually afflict bunnies and makes us infectiously cute and irresistable to humans. (Hey, its a logical argument).

And actually, mom took her final exam last night and she is now all done her master's program. Yay! Maybe now she can spend all her free time playing with me! As you can see, I've already found out that her notebook makes a nice seat, and boy this towel looks tasty...

Chairs are for bunnies

Look at me, I am a big bunny boy! I jumped up on this chair with such a small landing area and I am SO high up!

Wow, its really far down to the floor...

I've been a very busy bunny and that's why I haven't posted lately. (I am helping my mom study for her final exam this week and I am an excellent bunny tutor!)

Orange Chin Syndrome

When symptoms first appeared a few years ago, my parents were worried that maybe I was sick or something. Then after some pondering they figured what actually causes this strange "orange-spot-on-chin" syndrome: feeding me the large, whole carrots rather than the baby peeled carrots! I just dig right into the large carrots and just make a big mess! And if they dare try to put a little bunny bib on me I will tear it to sheds just like that paper tube! (See previous post.)
